She is very happy to be at a point in her life to bring such an event to Northern Colorado!
Her mission is to bring the Northern Colorado Community together at a festival that promotes health, wellness and inspiration! An event where everybody and anybody has an opportunity to experience the many aspects of yoga, meditation and other modalities that promote health and wellness.

Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years, and currently, close to 11 million Americans are enjoying its health benefits. Yoga can hardly be called a trend.
Choosing any one of these styles offers great health benefits by enabling you to develop your flexibility, strength, and balance.
Yoga also promotes relaxation, meditation and a calm mind. Many health benefits come from practicing Yoga including stress relief. Stress can be the #1 culprit in many ailments. As quoted by The Yoga Journal's article and the science behind Yoga, "Although yoga is much more than a stress-reduction method, stress adversely affects a wide range of health conditions, and yoga is arguably the most comprehensive approach to fighting stress ever invented."
Take the class to the level you want, there are no rules other than to Breathe!
